In the event that you are a few minutes late collecting your dog and there is other dogs in the grooming salon your dog will be provided with a safe and secure crate to wait in until you can collect your dog.

Whilst in the grooming salon your dog will be provided with clean and fresh water throughout their time at Happy Tails.

While at Happy Tails we will groom your dog at a pace which is suitable for them to eliminate any uanessacry stress on your dog.

Whilst at Happy Tails your dog will not come into contact from any other dogs unless they are both from the same household.

Before your the groom the dog will be health checked to check for any abnormalities that could impact the dog, if any serious concerns are found the groom may not be fully complete.
